REUZEit + The REUZE Foundation (TRF) Equipment Donation Program

How It Works

Through our donation program, innovators, entrepreneurs, and inventors can request surplus equipment from our site for a symbolic ownership transfer fee of $1.00 per item. Shipping and handling fees apply and must be paid at checkout.

30-Day Limitations
To ensure fair access for all participants, the following restrictions apply per shipping address (not account):

You may receive up to $5,000 in total estimated value of equipment every 30 days.
You may select one item valued above $5,000 in a 30-day period, but no other items may be selected during that same period.
You may choose multiple smaller items, provided their combined estimated value does not exceed $5,000 within 30 days.

Address-Based Tracking
Donation eligibility is tracked by delivery location to discourage circumvention via multiple email accounts. Orders exceeding limits may be canceled or delayed.

Donation Intent
Items are intended to empower innovation and promote circularity. We reserve the right to refuse donations to those attempting to exploit the program for resale or commercial misuse.

Fair Use Enforcement
Abuse of the program, including falsifying delivery addresses or creating multiple accounts for the same location, may result in account restrictions or disqualification from future participation.

No Warranty or Liability
All items are provided as-is, with no warranty granted or implied. The $1.00 transfer fee does not constitute a sale, and no returns will be accepted under any circumstances.
REUZEit and TRF make no guarantees about the functionality, condition, performance, or suitability of any equipment.
By participating, you agree that you assume full responsibility and risk for the use or handling of any items received. REUZEit and TRF shall not be liable for any damages, losses, or injuries resulting from donated equipment.

Terms & Conditions – Donations to The REUZE Foundation (TRF)

1. About AAI

The REUZE Foundation (“TRF”) is a registered 501(c)(3) non-profit organization that supports education, science, and innovation by providing donated life-science and laboratory equipment to schools, universities, and research institutions. Learn more at https://www.REUZEfoundation.org

2. Voluntary Donations

Buying our book, apparel, donating or adding a donation during checkout is entirely optional and will not affect your transaction. You may select a preset amount or enter a custom amount before finalizing your order.

3. Use of Funds

Donations are transferred directly to TRF and will be used to further its charitable mission, including acquiring, preparing, and distributing donated equipment to eligible recipients.

4. Payment Processing

All donations are securely processed via PayPal or Stripe. Funds are deposited directly into TRF’s account. Your donation will appear as a separate line item on your transaction receipt.

5. Tax Deductibility

Because TRF is a registered 501(c)(3) organization, your donation may be tax-deductible to the extent permitted by law. Please keep your confirmation email and consult your tax adviser for details.

6. Refund Policy

Donations are non-refundable. If you believe your donation was made in error, contact TRF at [email protected] within 48 hours of the transaction.

7. Acknowledgment

By completing your donation, you agree that:

Your contribution is voluntary and non-refundable.
TRF will administer the funds in support of its mission.
REUZEit facilitates the donation process on behalf of TRF and is not the recipient of the donation.
